Our Vision

Our big vision for Noah’s Ark Sanctuary is to provide therapy with animals for children who have experienced abuse, children who have been trafficked, and children who have special needs such as autism.

Children who have lost trust in adults through abuse often learn to trust animals which helps them to rebuild a sense of security and foster a healthy attachment bond.

Children with brain injuries such as autism can benefit from animal therapy as well. It helps them with social and emotional development.

We would like to be able to expand the sanctuary to a property zoned for farm animals to be able to accommodate miniature horses, miniature cows, goats, sheep, alpacas, even a few ostriches.

We are looking forward to the vision coming to pass and being able to become a therapy hub in Kern County for children in need of therapy through animals.
